The
Committee has produced a few guides to assist residents and businesses
reduce the amount of waste produced. They are the Reuse Guide
and the Business Recycling Guide.
The Reuse
Guide provides information on where
to purchase and distribute used materials, thereby
reducing
the amount of things thrown in the landfill. It can
be found as a hard
copy
in
many of the
phone directories in San Bernardino
County, and as PDF files, and
as a booklet, as pictured to the right. It can
also
be accessed
here
on the web as a PDF file*(376
Kb) and an on-line
database.
The Business
Recycling Guide was assembled to inform
business owners and workers the many practices and
programs available to make recycling practical and
economical.
